The CSLC recruits, trains and places individuals in long-term retail and customer service careers while offering employers skilled workers who are seeking career opportunities. The CSLC provides 1) an assessment of skills based on industry sales and service standards, 2) access to public workforce system programs and services, 3) linkages to academic support and career advancement strategies, 4) career counseling and support services, 5) job bank, job fairs and placement services, 6) job preparation for non-English speaking populations, 7) workshops on advances training in customer service and retail and 8) National Professional Certification in Customer Service, Sales and Retail Management.
The Customer Service Learning Center at Westfield Fox Hills is a collaboration between the Los Angeles NAACP, Westfield Corporation and the National Retail Federation. We are setting a new standard for Customer Service Careers!
